I'm excited! Tomorrow I will be heading hame to the 'Holm'. I left when I was 18 off to Manchester Poly where I stayed for 4 years, met the 'hairy yin' and then moved to Nottingham. I will ALWAYS be country girl and I still find it excruiating leaving when I go home. I love my family to bits, they are responsible for the person I am (yep, it's their fault) but I love the hills, valleys and moors o Liddesdale too...a wild and wonderous place that breeds folks of unique temperament, outlook and humour. I am also going to 'gan ower the hill' to visit Mustard Gallery in the 'Muckle Toon' to meet Lisa there. Her kind offer of a chat and advice is kindly appreciated. Canna wait!
